I think of HomeSense as “Home Goods on steroids”!😁 Their rug selection is a perfect example of that! If you can’t find a rug that fits your space and budget here you’re not looking hard enough! The volume of rug inventory is the largest I’ve see outside of a flooring store - and you know you’re not overpaying for them here. The selection of lighting/lamps, end tables, stools and other furniture is really good - and I found plenty of tasteful options. Customer service is poor. I was ready to purchase two sofas, a little over $1800 dollars worth of purchase. I requested assistance from a sales associate that was reorganizing items on another section. She requested someone to come to furniture. No one came after 10 minutes. No one came to say, will be right back Why is the customer service so poor at both of this stores, Wesley and Brandon? Don’t offer big items if you aren’t willing to provide the assistance. Please management address this issue.
Such a let down. If you live close by I guess it’s a good place but I drove 25 minutes and it was awful. Messy and chaotic and didn’t have half as much stuff as I thought it would. I definitely won’t be back. At Home is so much better and larger
Branton was very helpful during our visit. We found three pieces of furniture that we were looking for that were on sale too!!! He helped us take them down and then brought them to our car and loaded it! Helpful beyond what we needed. Super experience.
