Absolutely terrible customer service. I purchased a mirror for $250, and as I was loading it into my truck right outside the store’s doors, it shattered. The mirror had not even left the premises. I immediately went back inside and asked if I could exchange it for the identical mirror they had in stock. The employee told me she didn’t think they could but would ask the manager.
