The service at this place is great. We went for a central van, but they do home theater and other in home sound systems also. They are very kind and willing to help, and have very knowledgeable and skillfully technicians.
I don't know if the previous review had a bad day!! But I've had nothing but great service from Homescapes, they did an excellent job of installing the central vac with my home having a very weird layout. The associates of homescapes have always been very kind, helpful, and professional when I have come into the store with questions and purchase of their products. This business , by far, has the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. We bought our central vac through them roughly 10 years ago. About 2 years ago I had enough and stared looking online for all my parts that I needed. We just recently had to call them for a reason that we could not deal with online, and their service is still crap! It's the woman who is at the desk , she's rude, never pleasant, seems to hate her job! But I beleive she's the owner. If you can shop online and avoid this store!
