The service at this place is great. We went for a central van, but they do home theater and other in home sound systems also. They are very kind and willing to help, and have very knowledgeable and skillfully technicians.
We had to have Homescapes install an additional outlet for our central vac. The installers knew exactly what they were doing and how to do it. They installed the vacuum pipes, etc. so that they are almost invisible. The quality of the installation exceeded our expectations. Thanks, Homescapes....let that installer know that his good work is appreciated.
I don't know if the previous review had a bad day!! But I've had nothing but great service from Homescapes, they did an excellent job of installing the central vac with my home having a very weird layout. The associates of homescapes have always been very kind, helpful, and professional when I have come into the store with questions and purchase of their products. This business , by far, has the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. We bought our central vac through them roughly 10 years ago. About 2 years ago I had enough and stared looking online for all my parts that I needed. We just recently had to call them for a reason that we could not deal with online, and their service is still crap! It's the woman who is at the desk , she's rude, never pleasant, seems to hate her job! But I beleive she's the owner. If you can shop online and avoid this store!
Good quality for the price We originally thought Homescapes was wonderful until we took our central vac system in for repair. When we called to check on the status of the repair we were told there was absolutely no way they could tell us when it would be done. The person that fixes them only works Wed, Thur and Friday. They couldn't tell us if it would be 2 days or 2months! Not good service!
