I went here about a year ago and spent a lot of money on prescription glasses, sun glasses, and an exam. I was never given a copy of my prescription and per the FTC they are required to have provided me that after the exam (see FTC page on Eyeglass Rule - 16 CFR Part 456). I contacted them about a year later – and now they are telling me that they are unable to give me that information claiming that it isn’t “valid”. I have filed a complaint with the FTC.
Customer Service is outstanding!!!! Dr took great care of my grandson who was born blind in one eye. He didn't try selling him a lense to put in that eye which he has had other Dr do. Alexis is the BEST!! She did everything she could to make things work to his advantage with his insurance. Thank You!!
