Super efficient
We got to know of Don through a family friend. Didn't really get to work with him as he bailed on us in the end. It was very difficult to get a hold of him or his assistant for anything. We would have understood if he had declined when we had asked him if he was still interested in working with us. Quite unfortunate how things ended.
