I was having a problem with my online banking. I went in to the Ava branch and the tellers were very friendly. I was helped by the Branch Manager, Sheena. She was so pleasant and kept on the problem until all was well. I walked out with a smile on my face.
The local team at HomePride in Ava is truly the best! They're a fun, welcoming group of knowledgeable professionals who go out of their way to help. Sometimes our weird questions mean they don’t have an weird answer right away, but they’ll find it out faster than lightning and respond. I love this bank. It is personable and all about the people. So refreshing. Colton made the construction loan process smooth and Sheena was very kind and helpful in helping me with a new business account. The whole team here is warm and helpful. I love banking at HomePride.
