Anyone feel they have been duped by homeport or feel like a switch-a-roo has been pulled on them, or evicted for no just cause and want to file a class action lawsuit?
I had a zoom class with them on July 13, 2024. I submitted all my information prior to the zoom meeting electronically. After several attempts inquiring via email and phone calls I didn’t receive a response until the first week of August. I was told that I needed to come in and sign my intake form so, I did the same week of August 2024. You can never speak to anyone. I have left voicemails and never recieve a call back. I have tried all the phone prompts just to get sent back to a voice mail. I just want my questions answered. Been waiting over a year now
