Only talked with Brian one time on the phone before he made a decision. He didn't ask me if I had cash money to put down, didn't try to add me to the loan. He was not solution oriented and did not deliver professional service. He didn't even ask which house or address I was applying for. Made a quick decision to move on to his other applications that involve more $$$. I'll go through another lender because service was poor here.
