Absolutely, the worst decsion we made for our move was to go with these guys. We chose this outfit because they charged the highest prices and promised us the world. They quote 2-3 hours, said they'd wrap valubles like TVs and computers in bubble wrap, snesitive fantics in clingwrap to avoid ruining the fabric. The two guys were nice enough, but then needed constant reminding,; said they'd do things and then didn't. Vlad, Michael, and the team were professional from start to finish. They took great care with all items, carefully wrapping everything, and handled tight driveways and small lifts with ease. Very flexible and accommodating, even with last-minute date changes. Highly recommend and would use again!
I organised to have HomeMove move us at relatively short notice and it was the easiest move we have had. The guys, Ben, Chris and Angus that were sent out were amazing to say the least. They arrived on time and got straight to it, kept us up to date with their progress and did it with ease on a very hot day. we recently used this company for our four-bedroom home removal and I can't recommend them highly enough. They were by far the most professional, friendly and stress-free removers I've ever experienced. For context, I've had about 7 removals across Australia. A big thank you to Vlad and the team. 10/10!
