Everything was fine, manager was great and team was great but I found out after I moved back in that a $1000 bottle of alcohol was missing. When we started the job Val ensured me he was insured but when I ask to claim he led me on for a month then said he has no intention of reimbursing me. Very disappointing in what was otherwise a very pleasant experience.
Marine and Trent were awesome movers, highly efficient and lovely to deal with. Vlad who organised the booking was also wonderful to communicate with. Highly recommend
