Do NOT buy mattresses from this store. I purchased two double mattresses in August 2025, and both developed severe sagging — up to 5.2 cm, which already meets the standard for a replacement in Canada. However, the owner, David, refused to replace them and insisted that customers must ship the mattress to the store or factory for “repair.” He also claimed that the warranty only covers the springs, which is completely unreasonable and not aligned with normal mattress warranty standards. I bought a couch and now the store owner David is not responding to calls, emails. The couch’s leg broke within a month. I reported it to him since it’s under warranty but he is always trying to just avoid the calls. I think all us consumers should take joint legal action against this company. Wasting so much of money for what! Unacceptable behaviour.
Went to the store on Wednesday, it was closed and asked to visit the store on Sunday. Over the phone he asked to send the picture of your desired piece of sofa so he will match the price however upon following multiple times - the guy is not responding. Totally waste of time. Purchased from other store.
If you are like me found ads on Little Red Book app of this store, please don’t be fool by its cheap price. The owner never keeps promise to delivery product and I had very hard time to chase my deposit back. Stay away liar!
I am glad we found the store where we can get a solid bed for the reasonable price! The staff was nice and helpful. The bed exceeded our expectations!
