Spent three days arranging an order with all pieces aligned to ship simultaneously, so that I might quickly furnish a newly purchased home. The day before the estimated ship date I received an email indicating only 7 of 10 pieces would be shipping, with the other 3 items delayed another 2+ weeks and no guarantee that they'd even be available at that time. Went on a Sunday, and they were staffed EXTREMELY well, even at 11am. Staff was available as needed and not pushy. We was able to wander until we found all our items in our list. We then had David, who was in clearance section, handle all our transactions. TALK ABOUT EASY PEASY! Everything was easy to do with him, he communicated about options, including delivery, and with one swipe of our card, WE WAS DONE!
Very friendly people no pressure to purchase anything. If you have a question they are very helpful and knowledgeable about what they have, can get as well as what they don’t have.
