Trash furniture. Trash warranty. We bought two new La-Z-Boy Astor Rocking Power Recliners. I have bought La-Z-Boy for decades, happy to pay the much MUCH higher prices for their high quality. But barely 14 months old the frame of the back of BOTH of them are falling apart. Obviously a design or manufacturing defect. Despite La-Z-Boy's website stating that wood frame parts are covered for 5 years, we are being charged over $1,000 for the replacement parts.
Homemakers does not stand by their products. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, THEY DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS. THE REPRESENATIVE SOUNDS LIKE THEY TALK TO PEOPLE ON A DAILY BASES OF NOT HELPING THE CONSUMER (BROKEN RECORD). JUNK STORE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Back in the day you could find some deals, And Not be harassed!! But it's very seldom now!! 1,200 for a recliner that was in the scratch and dent area, And you feel like your prey!! And the vultures are always watching!! Can I help you!! Are you finding everything!! Just give me a yell!! I'll be right over here!! 8 vultures attack me within 20 feet!! And 20 minutes in the store!!
