I am so disappointed in Homemakers. I returned a bar stool and they never issued a refund. When I called they said they did and to call my credit card company. The credit card company didn’t have any record of it. Homemakers didn’t offer to investigate why I didn’t receive it. They said it was credit card company’s responsibility. So I had to file a dispute with credit card company. Terrible customer service.
I bought a lift chair in Oct 2024. I have had nothing but problems with it. I have had Homemakers out to look at an replace parts a total of 7 times (I currently have parts on order) I have been out there about issues with the chair now 4 times, with today being the most recent time. Problems with the chair include making noise when going up and down. Stopping movement when going up and down. Parts have been replaced numerous times for both issues. I bought a bedroom set for over $3,000 and 12 months no interest. The big dresser didn't fit, returned it and purchased a smaller dresser and night stand. Got told it now would be 6 months no interest now for the 2 pieces I bought. How I didn’t buy a couch. I didn’t buy a loveseat. I didn’t buy a different bedroom set. I just bought a different piece of the same bedroom set. Loved this place ...they have all the different. Kinds of furniture you need, but they're a little expensive though, which is what the 3 stars are for.... great customer service ,though!...
