Vanessa saved a deal for me on a non-warrantable condo. After the first lender could not do it, I searched through recent sales in the building, and found one sold by my colleague who then connected me to Vanessa and said "she goes above and beyond." Vanessa lived up to that, and she helped make it happen! The client is very happy, and felt supported the whole way.
