I had a very pleasing experience refinancing my home mortgage with Brandon Jamieson, Loan Manager/Owner of HomeLoans. He was not only very knowledgeable in answering any questions or concerns I had, but he is also a very friendly and thoughtful person. He made my whole home refinancing experience very stress free. I would recommend him to my friends and family who are looking for a mortgage loan manager in the future. Therefore, I give him a rating of five. He is a valuable employer to his loan company.
James made my experience enjoyable, awesome, and stress free. He was very professional, personable, and caring. All my questions answered without me feeling like I was being a bother. He is a very hard worker and deserved to be recognized for his dedication in serving customers to the end of the process. I truly appreciate and grateful for him being my loan broker.
Brandon and Tracey are the absolute best! We had a semi complicated income arrangement and were told we were ineligible for a mortgage by multiple brokers but Brandon and Tracey deep dived into the law regarding our employment situation and found we were eligible for far more than we even expected. We are happily in our new home now and everything went smoothly and without issue, especially the new mortgage. Thank you for everything HomeLoans team!!
