Mark was extremely professional, thorough, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. I was getting a home equity loan and processing it through the VA is not an easy task. Mark was able to easily navigate the requirements even though we had some issues with additional testing required to be approved. I was on vacation at the time and when I returned Mark had already lined up companies to take care of the issue. I chose one and they did a great job.
