We worked with the mortgage rep at Homelend, Richard Bylott, on our initial mortgage and again to refinance. Richard is very professional, friendly, responsive, and informative. He worked with us from start to finish both times and was available at any time to answer questions. We highly recommend him!

Worked with kaustuv who was very responsive. However be cautious and I advise not to set a closing date or disregard other lenders until underwriting has finalized the loan. ( and underwriting was slow and asked for a few documents at a time ) Days before closing we were informed that the original terms could not get approved and had no choice but to settle with a higher rate.
