If I could rate this negative stars I would. I have to say that Connie is the most difficult, unreliable person I have ever dealt with. She does not return phone calls, text messages or e-mails. I can't tell you how many times I heard I will call you back to NEVER receive a phone call from her. I am STILL in this process unfortunately. I acquired a mortgage loan through Homeland Lending. A lady by the name of Connie led me through the process of obtaining an account. I must say that this woman is extremely sharp. She answered all of my questions and concerns, and ultimately my prospective home was financed. Working with Connie Rutherford at Homeland lending was by far the best banking experience I've ever had. She went far beyond procuring my loan at the best rate available, she was an invaluable Advocate to me throughout the whole purchase process. Being a first time buyer I didn't know what I didn't know, so she took the time to recommend outside vendors, and Council me regarding the negotiation process and brought to my attention things that would have been overlooked. I would not recommend!! Connie took my information and never did anything with it. It has been over 8 months and never got approved for a mortgage. She never turned my info over to the actual lender. I have moved on. The one star rating is only because I had to to submit this reveiw
Connie charged me $16.08 to pull my credit report & then never got back to me. I tried contacting her numerous times & she never returned any of my calls or messages. I've never had a lender charge me. That should have been a red flag. Shameful what you did Connie..what a scam & now you have all my private data & info that's scary!
The people at Homeland Lending were great! They answered all my questions and made the whole process easy. I would defintely recommend to my friends and family.
