I was stressed out because of bed bugs, but this company handled everything perfectly. They came on time, explained the process, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the treatment. The technicians were very careful with my furniture and bedding. After two visits, the bed bugs were completely gone! I appreciated that they used heat treatment instead of harsh chemicals. The team was respectful, discreet, and very professional. I can finally sleep peacefully again — thank you so much!
Would give no star if it would allow. Very poor service from very casual employee. Go elsewhere is my advice!!!
