These guys are great! Second time using them and would highly recommend. Professional, accountable, respectful, and hard working from Michael in the office to Skylar our sales rep and to Gabe and his crew of movers who worked a long day to ensure that our move was completed. If you have an upcoming move, these guys deserve your consideration.
Just an all around really bad experience. Quoted for 3.5 hours to pack and move a 1 bedroom. Movers showed up and apparently management did not tell them it was a full pack and move. They end up taking 7.75 hours and leave the bathroom and linen closets untouched. Homegrown offers us two choices: either get only 2 hours refunded, or send new movers to finish the job but pay for 7.75 hours. I've used Homegrown twice now and they've been great both times. Mike is always so kind and friendly when I call to set up my moves, and he does his best to accommodate my needs. The first time I had Angel and Dan as my movers and they were quick, efficient and careful with my belongings. The second time, Angel came back with Pedro and this time they took some things to donation and moved some other large furniture for me.
