We wanted to move some stuff out of our house and into storage units, before we went to college and got it sold. Adrian and Marco were terrific in helping us move. They really showed care for our art, antique furniture, delicate items, and overall preferences. Our storage units were on the fourth floor and they had no problem with the back and forth to the truck while keeping our items safe. Overall, the company was great, well priced, and Adrian and Marco did a great job!
The only good part of my move was Homegrown Moving! On one of the worst days of my life Michael was on the other end of the phone with assurance that emergency packing and moving is an actual thing and set us up with a 3 person crew the next day! Pedro and his team were fantastic even when it became an 11-hour day! Did we suffer a little damage? Of course- -it was an emergency move! Horrible experience. The only reason I’m giving them one star is because the people who actually did the move were very hard workers and pleasant. The back office and the owner were atrocious. I’ve never been screamed at or cursed at on the phone by an owner of a company before. Never did what they said they would do and the end cost was much higher than quoted. Bottom line is that I’m telling everyone looking for movers to stay as far away from this company as possible.
Got a great crew today! Felipe, Camilo, and Elias did an awesome job. Have had some bad experiences with other movers in Denver, but the guys at Homegrown wrapped everything so well and were extremely careful loading and unloading. So appreciated!
These movers were the worst possible! They don’t know how to pack - they threw everything in boxes and didn’t wrap breakables. I asked to have my art work wrapped but they just stacked it. They also lost part of a sculpture! TERRIBLE
