Management is rude
The customer service was so rude and bad
The employees here are very helpful and knowledgeable, the line was quick. But the manager Leslie seems to be incredibly rude to the workers
So when I purchased my items initially a customer next to me was returning some items and let me tell you the African American manager made her feel really uncomfortable. When the customer left she was talking crap about her returning honey it’s not your money and u don’t own homegoods be nice . Today something similar happen to me as well I had to return a chair and her and another manager she looks like she’s Indian literally Roll their eyes when they see me walk in with a return.
