I purchased a lamp and when I brought it home it did not work. The manager and the salesperson were so friendly and accommodating, they made the transaction easy for me. The store is always well stocked, clean, an employees are friendly.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and anger regarding the unacceptable treatment I received during a recent visit. While shopping, I was approached by a store employee who rudely told me that my dog — a fully trained and certified service animal — was "not allowed to have its feet touch the ground."
