I like the variety of items they have and quality is pretty good. But everytime I go theres only 1 person working the register, it takes a while just to get through that line. I went yesterday and spent over 10 minutes waiting then the cashier was very pushy about the credit card. I politely told her no 4 times then she stopped talking and became very blunt/rude the rest of the transaction. She told me my total and said nothing else
Always huge selection and one of my favorite stores! Only reason for 4 stars is some manufacturers packaging must be seconds and/or discontinued products as and the count is not always correct. For example, 8 napkins was 7, but clearly not repackaged, and there are no others available to add the needed 8th napkin. So count before you purchase because usually what is there is all there is, even if you check at other locations.
This business is very clean. Has a great selection of products and great organization of that product. But, needs more parking.
My and my husband went in today. At checkout, this old woman cashier named Karen asked us if we wanted to open up a credit card. We said no, and she asked again very pushy, despite us telling her no already. She then asks us if we wanted donate to Saint Jude to "help the children", and we declined. Apparently saying no to that made her see us as greedy and not worthy respect, because she looked us up and down, scoffed, and started being extremely cold and rude.
