This New Hyde location has great customer service from the manager all the way to the security guard all are super friendly and helpful I always leave smiling. Junior stopped what he was doing to help me get a really big chair to the register and made sure I was okay also Ian and Sage were very helpful and knowledgeable and to top it off the female security guard who is always helpful and a sunny disposition made my shopping experience very pleasant.
This HomeGoods location has a lot of positives. The staff at the registers are always very friendly, and the team works hard to keep the store well-maintained and organized. I’ve been visiting regularly since July and really appreciate the shopping experience overall. My only concern is with the inventory selection. Since July, the store has been overwhelmingly focused on Halloween items, to the point where it feels like almost the entire store is holiday-themed. Went there after opening, when all the stock wasn't available yet. I am confident this new store is up to their standards.
