Stood in the line tonight 7/19/26 for 6 minutes while the closing cashier(no name tag) had a lengthy conversation about health, food, and life with a customer, her and the customer knew I was standing , waiting patiently! Thank you Sidney for taking care of me after noticing that I had been waiting awhile!
Waited in line with several other people while a cashier had her back to the line. Doing whatever with some misc items behind the counter. Totally clueless that people were in line. Until a manager walked up then she suddenly goes to the register. Eyeroll. Maybe train your staff to pay attention to people waiting in line. Homegoods could learn a lot from Publix staff. They are friendly and efficient.

I am sure if I was a WHITE Woman the experience would have gone totally different! As much money as I spend at Homegoods monthly, I was so excited to have this Homegoods open down the street from our Home in Johns Creek. Until today I have never received such disgusting customer service.
