Super shitty customer service. I just tried to return a brand new shoe rack I purchased two weeks ago and they refused. They offered no solutions or alternatives. I shop here all the time and neither the manager nor associate tried whatsoever. I’ll drive to the forum or anywhere else from now on.
Attempted to return an area rug that I had bought the day before from another store. Since, the rug was over $200 the cashier needed manager’s approval. No problem there. The manager, TJ, looked at the rug and asked if I had the receipt. I said yes and the cashier confirmed I had the receipt. She said she was just calling him for approval due to the price.
