Overall good store, clean and well maintained.
I bought in Home Goods a Laura Ashley comforter at the end of December, and after the second wash, the inner padding became hard in some areas. I contacted customer service and was very well assisted by Caitlin Ferguson from REVMAN. The process was quick and efficient—I sent my comforter, and within two days, I received a response confirming that it would be replaced.
