I love that store. Staff are incredibly helpful.
Shopping experience ruined by a store staff is a shame, and worst for retaining customers.
Has anyone been ordered by a homegoods staff to bring their cart outside to the cart rack at the entrance??? Instead of thanking customers for their business, a staff rudely says to bring the cart outside to entrance. Why not tell customers to organize your display and sweep the floor too!
