My wife really likes this store because of the variety of items it offers for making a home cozy.
Very disappointing customer service experience at the HomeGoods on Richmond Avenue in Staten Island. The woman who appeared to be a manager she appeared to be Indian, although I’m not certain was extremely rude when I asked her for the price of an item. She gave me the price, but before I could finish asking my question, she walked away and completely disregarded me. I felt dismissed and disrespected. You can't walk to this store with a 100$ bill in the mornings...they never have change at the registers...Imagine 10 customers with a 100$ bill.....they have to walk away from the store after spending time in here...Bad management, what happened to retail? You guys are losing too..money and customers
