I was very satisfied with the customer service I received from Ms. Kennia at the Miramar West store. She was so kind that she even helped me out to the door, since I had two shopping carts full of the items I had purchased. I will definitely shop there again, hoping to experience that same level of kindness.
I recently went to this location and after being so excited to find what I was on the hunt for, it was quickly ruined by a horrendous interaction with a cashier by the name of Beverly. Beverly was extremely rude, passive aggressive and has no business working the front of the store as a customers last person of contact. Please pack your patience when visiting this store especially if you have the misfortune of Beverly being your cashier.
The stores are nice and clean, however, I am tired of these companies selling products w/o labels telling you what chemicals they have. I have bought 3-5 casseroles and pots to return them before using them. Why? 100% of those casseroles/pots contained PTFE / PFOA and nothing within the label will show it. When you go to the website it says the Authentic Kitchen cookware are made with added PTFE. Also the plastic containers contained BPA. These companies don't give a crap about your health, they only want to make money money... read more
Shopped on Sun, Aug 2, 2026, around 1pm. Store mgr Albert ignored my request for his intervention on a price check on an item with no tag. Cashier was extremely flippant and "verified" the price without showing me the comparable lamp. She simply came back to the register with a price tag. Foul.
