Bought a few things and a rug from them only to find out when I got home they were damaged and rug was stained. Everyone time I try to go in and try return them the line is so long it’s not worth the wait… Edit: Bumping this to 3 stars as HomeGoods contacted me and was more than willing to work through the issue. I would just advise anyone buying anything to fully inspect anything they buy.
They would give me any sort of discount for the marker streaks or dents in the trashcan I was buying for 60$ but whatever. My real issue is that it broke after two days and they refuse too do anything about. Couldn’t have been less helpful I’ll just go to Walmart it cheaper and at least they offer refunds for defective products

As always Home Goods for the win! I wish they would have a bigger furniture selection and a bigger store but other than that it’s a great place!
Homegoods price check manager clearly was trying to scam me. Price checked an item, and came back with a higher price than any of the other items similar, either in size or wood grain. Larger items were priced cheaper than the “price match” Make sure what you purchase has a clear monetary label on it, or their workers will try to squeeze what money they can. Terrible experience, would rather support a local business.
