Arrived home and all the purchased items were not in bag. No apology received upon returning to store.
Everyone in the store was helpful. I feel bad I can’t remember their names. The manager was nice. The cashier who helped me load up my car was nice. The young man who put the chairs in the dolly and brought em upfront was nice and the guy in the back who initially asked if I needed help was nice. I had a great experience here.
Great store—clean, well-stocked, and very friendly staff. However, the new narrower aisles make it hard to pass other shoppers, especially with a cart or wagon, and it causes congestion at the ends. This change lessens the overall shopping experience. I hope this can be reconsidered, as I really enjoy coming here.
