The manager on duty, Monica was very dismissive and rude. Although we made a purchase, we were going to purchase more items. The wicker basket had smaller matching baskets still wrapped in paper inside. She said they are to be sold separately. I mentioned to her that it was at least 10 others that had the baskets inside of them. She said that she was aware and they do that to save space. As always it's a chaotic mess, but a fun interesting chaotic mess. They were so busy too. But, I love the dog bed collection/selection.
