The experience was completely fine until a reach point of sale. Checking out is horrible. I know you close at 9:30 but you still had a lot of customers that need to be rang up and you close all your registers but 1 while there’s people in line. Than the customer in front of me was done, walked away and I got called over by their automated thing & the lady was so rude rolled her eyes at me, no people skills no manners, no “sorry for the wait” (bc it took her 7 mins to ring 1 person up) she just gave me a dirty look while I wa... read more
