Organised clean with wonderful customer service
The manager Crystal is the perfect example of putting greed over customer service. Would not recommend shopping at this location at all.
Judy was not pleasant at all to work with. I had a cart full of items and after a few minutes of her having to help someone next to us I decided I did not want to purchase one of the items anymore, she informed me that I needed to pay for the item first and then return it. I’m not even finished checking out completely and I can’t remove an item? She said “I wouldn’t understand” and that she’d be docked for voiding an item. The transaction hasn’t even been completed. This HomeGoods is so organized and clean! It makes shopping here so much more enjoyable compared to other HomeGoods stores I’ve been to. Kudos to the employees and management of this store for caring to keep it looking nice! I much prefer shopping here now compared to other locations. I will go out of my way to go to this location instead of others.
