Looking for an item. Can't find anyone on the floor to help me. Had to go to the register. Show them what the item looks like. Which is similar to another item they have in the floor. They just point me to the general direction of where the item could be. Is there no search item option in their tools? They couldve looked up the name of the other item and took steps to try to search it. It's probably different at my retail job but the way they run things sucks. It also didn't help that they weren't friendly at all.
I love this store too much. Good deals, however it may not be there when you go back
Great finds if you have time to browse. Parking is a nightmare due to fitness center in same mall
