I really enjoy this store and the great selection of items they offer. Unfortunately, the customer service can be disappointing at times, especially with one employee, Dorota. On several of my visits, she has had a noticeably cold and rude demeanor toward customers. She often mutters comments in Polish about customers being “in her way” while they’re browsing, and most recently I saw her yell at a couple for placing a basket on a table, claiming it would scratch it. This is a normal HomeGoods. I came here looking for duvet covers. They have a lot of king/queen/full sizes from Portugal. They don’t have the big expensive brands but the duvet cover I bought was of good quality. I usually Google the brand names and products to see if they have good reviews or not. They also have a good selection of pillows, comforters, blankets, and sets. The staff was friendly but the employees were too busy talking to each other.
