I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at the HomeGoods on Golf Road at Streets of Woodfield. It’s honestly shocking that one of the largest and busiest HomeGoods locations can operate with five or fewer employees on a Sunday. My mother and I visited to purchase an area rug for her new home. After finding the rug we wanted, we pressed the assistance button multiple times and waited, only to realize that no one was ever going to come help us.
