Bought a matching set of tall and short glasses (a box of each). Got home and opened/loved the large. When we opened the box of the smaller glasses, one of the four was obviously broken (large crack in the top on each side). We immediately brought it back. The store didn’t have anymore in the style. So, we asked if they would discount since they sold us 3 functioning glasses for the price of 4… they refused to discount the box of the broken glasses. Terrible customer service after selling us defective merchandise
