What a wonderful location, filled with beautiful people and warm smiles! This is one of the best stores I’ve ever visited, thanks to its friendly staff and impressive selection of products.
After being denied a return at the Lutz location, I decided to visit the New Tampa store. There, I encountered a manager who was not only respectful and kind, but also truly listened and took steps to resolve the issue. He handled everything with professionalism while maintaining a warm smile. Although I live near the Lutz location, I will gladly make the trip to New Tampa because their values align perfectly with Home Goods' mission.
