HORRIBLE HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT! I DON'T CARE IF THE MANAGER HAS BEEN THEIR 18 YEARS AND SHE KNOWS POLICY BETTER THAN ANYBODY ELSE!? RIGHT IS RIGHT AND WRONG IS WRONG.....
