I love this branch
I don't believe this store is ADA accessible. This is one of the largest Homegoods in the area. I do appreciate the wide variety of items available for purchase, but the sales floor is overly congested. It makes it extremely difficult to navigate the store without walking into displays. The aisles are very narrow as well. I think this store has the potential for 5 star rating, but the sales floor is a mobility disaster.
What an absolute pleasure it was to receive outstanding service from Elijah and Carmen they went above and beyond assisting me with my purchase not only did Elijah assist me with purchasing a couple large items for decor but him and Carmen also took the initiative to help bring It out. They were both so pleasant and polite. They are the reason why I choose to shop at this location over the others. Thanks Elijah and Carmen!
