6/14/2026 Stopped in to Home Goods to return a sauce pan that we purchased but ended up buying a different one that was highly rated. The location is convenient and the customer service was perfect. Good values, selection and inventory. Recommended Previous visit Stopped in Home Goods today to pick up some bedding pillows and decorator pillows. The store is packed with items in their inventory and there are some good values. We bought several items and the customer service at the registers was good as well. Recommended.

I came in to return a cake stand but didn’t have the receipt. The cashier checked with the store manager/supervisor, Victoria, who came back with an excuse that the item had been “used” because of a small stain inside the glass lid—something that could literally be wiped off by hand. Her attitude was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. What’s frustrating is that I’ve personally seen this store accept returns of used and even washed dishes without tags before.
