First time ever here and the rudest old woman that I’ve ever encountered!! They should better train cashiers because the customer service is horrible.
I’ve shopped at HomeGoods for years and have always enjoyed the experience, which is why this visit was so disappointing. I came in to return a set of curtains and a curtain rod that were purchased for a design project. Everything was included the original packaging, all of the hardware, my receipt, and the card used for purchase. The items had only been opened because we attempted to install them before realizing the curtains were too short for the space. They were never actually used. 6/14/2026 Stopped in to Home Goods to return a sauce pan that we purchased but ended up buying a different one that was highly rated. The location is convenient and the customer service was perfect. Good values, selection and inventory. Recommended Previous visit Stopped in Home Goods today to pick up some bedding pillows and decorator pillows. The store is packed with items in their inventory and there are some good values. We bought several items and the customer service at the registers was good as well. Recommended.
I went shopping there has nice staff !
