Super unprofessional manager/lead today who doesn’t know how to speak to her own employees. Physically Rolled her eyes, whispered something underneath her breath to another employee and seemed annoyed that the elderly employee got busy at the register and couldn’t finish putting away 1 product! Honestly very bad taste I wouldn’t want to have a lead/ manager like that who talks down on you and rolls her eyes in front of customers!
I really enjoy shopping at HomeGoods and appreciate the variety and quality of your products. However, I wanted to share a recent experience I had that left me feeling disappointed.
