It was a nice store I used to visit at least twice a week but has gone down hill . Every time I go in there I either have a cashier or sales associate say " It's you again ' or "Your always in here". etc I even had the store manager say the same thing once but today I spoke to him letting him know those comments aren't appropriate and he replied it doesn't bother some customers basically he is a big kid himself. Not the cashier checking me out, but the one next to me (younger girl, maybe college age) was being incredibly rude to an older woman trying to use a gift card. Gave a snotty "I still need to enter the numbers!" and literally snatched the card out of the customer's hand. Older woman asked for the manager and the girls response was "ugh I don't know". Never seen anything like that.

I had the pleasure of meeting Gianna today. I only stopped by to browse and Gianna went out of her way to locate a desired item for me. She has excellent customer service skills, she is kind, and is an asset to the team. Thank you Gianna!
