Their front end manager should not work in customer service. Arguing with a customer over a $4 price adjustment to correct a company error and price tag issue. She apparently thinks it’s reasonable for a customer who buys 3 of the same item at the same time to pay more for 2 of the 3 items instead of paying the same price for all. Literally $4. Came in looking for a couple of lamp shades and a mattress pad. We didn't end up finding either of those. The store is large and offers a wide selection of home goods. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of pet supplies they carry. We'll definitely be back to pick up something for our cat. I'm glad to have this store so close to home.

Refused to give a discount on a frog decoration. Its eye’s was pretty messed up and it was going to be a gift. We would have been happy with even a 5% discount but the lady (AM?) immediately said no because “that’s how they painted it in Mexico”. I asked if she could hold it so my S/O could come check it out and she again said “no we aren’t allowed to hold summer items” Luckily I called HomeGoods in Wauwatosa who confirmed they had one , made sure to check it was in good condition and held it for me while I made my way there... read more
