I used to like homegoods, until I found out they do not allow me to return a crappy set of knives I purchased from them (with receipt). The knives became rusty after first use! Was told, "they have to be in resalable state to be returned", so they can pass the defective item to some other customers?! And the cashier is very arrogant. It is such a bad experience!
