Home Goods just lost my business. Went in to use my gift card and they asked for my ID. First I have never been asked to show my ID. Then because the name didn’t match because my husband name since I did not have my purse the cashier would NOT let me use it. I asked to talk with the manager and the manager said that corporate was cracking down and they would NOT let me use it on a $3.99 purchase since it did not match his name. I literally was purchasing a small funnel for my home and came in specifically to use the card up.... read more
