On a Saturday night! Long Wait in line, cluttered isles and selection not worth a trip. Couldn't even navigate most isles with a cart or bumping into something (thankfully not someone). After I finally found a few items to buy, I saw the serpentine line with at least 30 people and abandoned everything in exasperation. Next time you need a bathroom update, go to a big box.
The manager is rude and does not promote good customer service with her associates. I do not recommend this store!
Bad customer service, store looks cluttered and disorganized, management does not take customer feedback when a customer has concerns, cashiers don’t wrap fragile stuff well, no consideration for customer. Was spending a lot here, will never return here again.
Horrible customer service, people don’t wrap vases and glass well, unfriendly staff
