Came into return something that I bought 2 weeks ago. I lost the receipt when my car was washed. I asked them to look up by my card and they wouldn’t do it due to the sticker being damaged. Which is fine, TILL the Manager asked me “when did I think I bought it?” And then told me that the copyright date was the date i bought it and so it was 4 years old! I was in this store two days after Christmas. An older employee was friendly kind and helpful. A younger employee was rude and had plastic Star shaped stickers all over her face— a new low for professionalism. It made me wonder how this Company really expects people to spend their hard earned money when they can’t demand their staff to keep their faces free of plastic. PLASTIC!
So much stuff, lots of clearance. Lots of Christmas
Professional, helpful and friendly staff. I always enjoy shopping there and get great finds!
