Every time I come it’s over 30 minute wait in line. Hire more cash register employees, waste of money having 16 lanes when you only use 4 max EVER
This was my first time to shop at Home Goods. I went to the one in Castleton in Indianapolis. It's nice. They had a lot of different kinds of decor for every room. Pricey, but good quality. I didn't find what I was looking for, so I didn't buy anything.
We waited a while in line, but the cashier— I think her name was Kiki— made it worth it. She was so sweet, very helpful, and took the time to have a conversation with us. I mentioned I was in the middle of a last-minute move, and she reassured me that everything was going to be okay. It really meant a lot. Great customer service!
