This store sucks and the manager Irma sucks even worse! She displayed terrible customer service, and even worse management skills. She clearly prefers to talk to people who speak her own language and everyone else can just wait!!! Tonight 4/12/26, just before 8 pm, (after I had already been told by another employee behind register when I had first walked in, to go ahead and grab an item for exchange, but by the time I had walked back up to the register she was gone and the manager and another clerk were now behind the desk.)... read more
