I’m a frequent HomeGoods shopper and I popped into the South Elgin store to look for a few things I needed and some I didn’t know I needed. IYKYK. Olga was working and she was absolutely wonderful, helpful and just an overall delight! She really went out of her way to help me find some wooden honey spoons and even offered an alternative jar that could be used. I just love HG and today Olga was the reason why!

update to my previous review- 10/31 the female manager who has been at this store since opening is the worst person to encounter. today she hassled me to donate to the food bank after I said no to her $5 or $10 suggestion, she suggested I round up my total because it was only 60 cents, I said no and she added it to my total anyways! luckily I noticed in time before the payment fully processed, she was the least unapologetic and said she didn’t know how it got there. very sneaky and she knows what she did love homegoods, but ... read more
