I LOVE home goods but will avoid this location from now on. Their manager Diane or Deanne is very rude. Every time I come into the store she harasses me and all the other customers over the store credit card. I get that is part of their job, but it comes to a point when no means no. Today I was in with a return and had my emailed receipt pulled up on my phone for an item I bought last week. Making a purchase, one cashier 3 people deep. Dianne at register. She was RELENTLESS in harassing the customer for a charge application. Did the same thing to the next customer to the point of the customer walking away. I was able to shut her down by already having a card Will not shop in her line again
