Had a horrible experience today with one of the managers at this store Lucy. Wanted to purchase a painting by there was visible damage small marks on the frame. She never looked me in the eye during our entire interaction and argued with me about the size of the scratch’s and said there barley noticeable. She said I will take $2 off…. That was an offensive offer when they usually take 10%. She was so rude so I took that and the employee ringing me up had to apologize for her.
